• Used on square bottomed boxes the end profiles allows the tool to create a right angled juncture between side wall and bottom. The 85 degree angle at the end prevents the tool from cutting the side wall and the bottom at the same time.
• Many turners prefer to turn their tool handles to their own specifications. For those turners we offer here the un-handled versions of Sorby's standard turning tools. These High Speed Steel (HSS) un-handled blades are identical to the ones found on the handled versions.
• The blade listed here will also fit the Sorby Sovereign System Handles. A Collet Adapter may be required if used with the Sovereign System. Check your manual for the size collet required if, any.
