As we expect from SCM and Minimax, a high quality Radial Arm Cross Cut Saw manufactured by Stromab conforming to all of the latest European safety regulations. Featuring head return spring, saw blade guards to left and right of the blade, front blade guard / depth guard and braked motor it will keep your workshop compliant with current PUWER regulations.

Offering quality, precision and ease of use, the cast iron arm with 8 bearings each with dust scrapers on the slideways guarantee smooth action with long lasting accuracy and minimal maintenance. It also features replaceable / interchangeable saw head guides on the cast iron arm to maintain accuracy over the life of the machine.

All of the expected operating features of the Radial Arm Saw can be carried out on this machine including straight, angled and compound angle cross cutting. It features as standard the 350mm diameter blade guard with the option of larger motor and 400mm diameter blade guard. The cross cutting capacity is 640mm and can cut a maximum depth of 120mm

Perfectly suited for the industrial and joinery workshops with its time served track record it is equally at home in the smaller furniture manufacturer or kitchen manufactuers workshop.

This machine is available in a number of cross cutting capacities from 650 to 900mm with many manufacturer's built options.

	Cast-iron arm with steel interchangeable sliding ways The cast-iron structure provides the arm the maximum solidity and rigidity for the maximum cutting precision. The interchangeable sliding ways allows the operator a simple and rapid replacing, in case of wear, without direct intervention on the arm
	Carriage with 8 bearings The 8 bearings on the slideways allow the best carriage smoothness and an optimal support for a perfect cutting result. They also provide maximum adjustment for total accuracy The slideways can be removed and replaced when necessary to keep performance of the saw to its maximum
	Blade guard It guarantees the absolute operator’s safety whilst complying to all current PUWER health and safety regulations The blade guards raised and lower in every case keeping the exposure of the blade whilst in use to the absolute minimum
	Column protection cover The mechanisms of which the machine is equipped, as the protection cover on the arm column support, protect the mechanical parts from dust, guaranteeing the best operation over time. A head return spring is also fitted as standard to every radial arm cross cut saw which both pulls the saw head back after use and stops the head rolling forward whilst the machine is running.
