- Seven-edged countersink with pointed angle 90°, irregular pitch, with fully ground tool head for finest results
- Countersinking in all sorts of wood, also suitable for veneered, laminated panels and many plastics like acrylic glass, Corian®, GFRP, HPL coating, polycarbonate, PVC and Trespa® board
- Due to the specially designed pitch, it is possible to countersink without chattering also in soft wood. For all non-ferrous metals, hard plastics etc., we recommend the carbide tipped adjustable countersink VARIO 2202 or the countersinks of the product line 3540
- UPM: 1000 - 2500 rpm. e.g. 16 mm 1800 rpm in soft wood.
