Woodpeckers Adjusta-Joint takes box joints where typical box joint jigs just can't go. Our unique template system lets you create any combination of pins and sockets you can dream up.

• A series of 62 steel spacers, each 1/8" thick, can be arranged in any configuration representing the pins and sockets of your box joint. Unlike the traditional box joint where the pins and sockets are exactly the same along the length of the joint, Adjusta-Joint lets you put thin pins next to fat sockets, make the pins wider from one end to the other, make them grow to the center and then repeat the pattern to the other end, you can even make it completely random.
• The mating pattern is simply a matter of rotating the template 180° and getting right back to work. Adjusta-Joint doesn't require a dado blade. A standard 1/8" kerf chisel tooth rip blade will work, or you can pair it with an Ultra-Shear Flat Top Grooving Blade in 1/8", 3/16" or 1/4" kerf for optimum results.
• By the numbers: Adjusta-Joint gives you an 8" fully adjustable template. For wider projects you can flip your board around and go up to 15". Depending on your saw's power and the blade you're using, you can cut box joints on stock as thick as 2-1/2". Pins can be any size between 1/4" and 8" in 1/8" increments.
• We're including a wall-mountable Rack-It to keep your Adjusta-Joint right in plain sight, protected and always ready to go back to work. Two Knuckle Clamps are included but you can also use standard track clamps. The sacrificial backer and the fence are identical. They're available in 2-packs or you can mill your own from 3/4" MDF.
• Like all Woodpeckers products, Adjusta-Joint is precisely machined and carefully inspected right here in our Strongsville, Ohio, facility just south of Cleveland. 

The Woodpeckers team engineered Adjusta-Joint to ensure your success. It starts with the adjustable template mentioned above, but every other aspect of the design focuses on repeatable results, as well. Three key features deserve a closer look.

• 1. The patented leaf spring miter bar works with any miter gauge slot that is nominally 3/8" thick and 3/4" wide. Even if your miter slot was poorly machined to begin with or has worn with thousands of hours of shop time, the leaf springs expand and contract to compensate and keep Adjusta-Joint riding on a true course.
• 2. Once you clamp the wood to the vertical table, it stays clamped. You're not moving the workpiece by itself with every cut. The entire vertical table…workpiece, clamps, fence and all…move as one, riding on ultra-low friction PTFE (Teflon®) bushings and indexing precisely for the next cut.
• 3. Dial in the fit to perfectly match your blade and your table saw. The index pin that registers to the template is tapered. By moving the pin in or out, you control the fit of your joint. Ball detents on the pin-adjuster register each .0015" as you sneak up on the perfect fit. This adjustment deals with run-out in either the blade or the arbor…or both.
