• Special high grade sub-micrograin carbide with very high tolerance grinding for smooth clean cut in aluminium
• Single O flute design for fast cutting. Increased feed rates allowing for more linear metres in less time
• Super high polished cutting edge with unique mirror finish, resulting in clean cuts, less chance for chip re-welding, effortless chip removal, a superior finish and a longer tool life
• Downcut for better clamping when machining small workpieces and improved finish on the tops of the board.
• For use on routers and CNC routers
• Strongly recommended that a lubricant or coolant is used to prolong tool life
• Upcut spiral can be used to plunge cut. Downcut not recommended for plunge cutting unless ramped into workpiece
• Eject chips up or down depending on tool used
• Designed for aluminium, brass and copper and other non ferrous metals
• Can be used on Alupanel and Dibond
