A precision drilling jig for installing concealed cabinet ('euro-style') hinges accurately and quickly. Features tool-free inset positioning for rapid setup and pilot hole guides to ensure perfect hinge alignment. For use with a standard Combi Drill. Includes 35mm TCT machine bit.

• 3, 4, 5, & 6mm Hinge Inset Positions quickly sets the correct distance from the edge of the door. This feature allows users to effortlessly rotate the jig to switch between preset hinge inset positions, improving hinge installation and productivity. Previously, adjusting hinge inset positions required manual recalibration or separate jigs, resulting in time-consuming adjustments. With the new feature, users can quickly and accurately change between different hinge inset positions without additional tools. This simplifies the process and reduces the risk of errors.
• In-built Depth Stop to prevent over-drilling. The CAB/JIG/B is equipped with an In-Built Depth Stop, a valuable feature that prevents over-drilling, ensuring accurate and consistent results while protecting the integrity of the material being worked on. The 35mm Concealed Cabinet Jig also features a Spring-Loaded Drill Guide that effectively safeguards when aligning or removing the jig. By keeping the tip of the router cutter above the jig's bottom face, it mitigates any potential accidental damage to the door.
• Pilot Hole Plate ensures hinges are mounted perfectly square. The Pilot Hole Plate incorporates two holes for pilot holes. This design ensures that hinges are mounted perfectly square and at a precise 90-degree angle, resulting in doors that open and close perfectly straight.
